Chili offers a variety of foods such as burgers, salads, sandwiches, seafood, appetizers, and desserts. Besides the regular menu, it also offers a healthy, allergy and vegetarian menu. 4. Tell me about your recent work experience. What did you learn from it?

I worked at the last restaurant for 3 years and before that I worked part time to further my college education. I learned a lot from my recent experience as it was a full time job and I was appointed to host. During my full-time job I tried to improve my problem-solving skills in a timely manner, since I got ideas quite late, I also learned how to deal with people who are sitting in the waiting room. When I became a pro at it, I got promoted and became the main presenter. My supervisors loved my work and wanted me to work overtime. It was a great opportunity to gain additional gains and confidence. My incremental promotion is a testament to my hard work and fast learning.

5. Do you know the challenges you face here?

As I am applying for the same position that I had at my last job. I know the challenges I will face in the future. Maybe some days I have to work overtime without even taking a lunch break or facing an unhappy customer. I have reassured several disappointed customers by listening carefully and analyzing why they are unhappy. I let them come back and apologize for the inconvenience, replace the food with a better one or give discounts.

6. Where do you think you are in the future? Let's say after five years.

I would like to continue growing with the Chili Family in the future and also give the other employees a chance so that they too can advance their careers.

7. Do you believe in coworking? What are the benefits of this?

Teamwork is essential for any job as sometimes we need a lot of ideas. In addition, we also want our colleagues to help us to fulfill a duty. I am also motivated to help my colleagues and support them in their roles so they can perform better. In my previous experience, I have repeatedly encountered situations where teamwork was essential to complete a task within a given time frame. In some previous situations I have also acted as a manager because I have the qualities of a manager such as: B. dealing with stress and motivating the team.

8. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My strengths include working efficiently with colleagues and a positive attitude towards customers. I have the superpower to deal with any strange situation, analyze its root cause and not find peace until I solve the problem. My weakness is distractions at work and I've been practicing avoiding them for a month. I also get angry sometimes when I see staff not working properly and cheating. 11. Which feature do you think can help you work more efficiently? As controller or servant.

I can work as a follower and leader whatever Chili needs to grow. I can both give orders and receive orders. I've done both in my experience. 12. How will you feel about your colleagues at Chili? What will you do if you have a disagreement with your colleagues?

My attitude towards my colleagues is always positive until they work as instructed. I have a friendly demeanor and generally enjoy working in a group. I have a habit of provoking others to work better in the restaurant. If I have a conflict with my teammate I will try to resolve it because conflict is part of every job but the most important thing is to resolve it in the best possible way and if you leave this problem unattended it will take root and become an obstacle to their performance. I will hear the problem from him first and check it with the other team. If the solution lies in my commitment, I will do it. If not, ask the second party to do so. If the problem persists, I will involve my supervisors to cooperate.

13. Why did you quit your last job?

I was happy with my last job because the environment was good and I had the best colleagues. My boss paid me well and appreciated me too. The job also gave me the opportunity to develop myself, but I hoped I didn't expect to take vacations at the weekend. My family also wanted to spend time with me. I've had a motto all my life that the customer is the soul of our growth, which has contributed to my success in the experiences I've had over the past few years. I do everything so that none of my customers are dissatisfied. If I can't solve their problem, I ask my teammates to take care of it. I assure you that none of my customers will be the last to visit my restaurant due to my irresponsibility. I can even discount or substitute meals. Key competencies include effective communication, patience, anticipating problems, teamwork and problem solving. First, communication skills are vital for all jobs. Then comes the work of examining the customer's problem and listening carefully so you can solve it. Then comes the patience to deal with rude customers and maintain unfavorable environments, and then comes teamwork.

16. Do you know any cultural beliefs about chili?

Yes, I said earlier that I studied Chili before I applied. I set my motto for life after studying pepper. As you may have noticed, we both share the same beliefs as our customers. Chili always works for its guests, for their satisfaction and pleasure. He guarantees that the company's priority is customer satisfaction and they make every effort to ensure that they enjoy the services again. Chili also guarantees that he is acting according to his beliefs and therefore has achieved magical results and apparent growth.

17. What do you think should be the motivating factor?

I believe that the material should not always be the motivating factor. Sometimes you should encourage hard work with words of appreciation and recognition. Some people feel more inspired to succeed when they are respected and valued. That's not to say I don't like incentives and bonuses because money isn't everything, but it is something. But I believe that both factors should inspire this one.

18. Do you have the courage to recognize your mistakes and fix them at work?

A person gains experience from their mistakes and this is an essential part of their learning journey. The secret of your success lies in recognizing them and correcting them. I've learned a lot over the last few years because of my mistakes and I can't say I'm perfect now. Mistakes happen to me, and I don't face them carelessly, but by making plans for future events and avoiding them as much as possible. I won't progress if I don't have the skills to anticipate them.

19. What will you do if a customer complains that a certain item on Chili's menu is not available?

If a specific dish is not available at that time, I will first offer a sincere apology to that customer and recommend an alternative. I will note the name and assure you of availability in the future. He pointed out the problem, and I'll be grateful for that too. I will not blame anyone or panic but I will remain calm and handle the situation smoothly. I take care of such situations, notice meal requests at a certain time and ensure availability to avoid further complaints.

20. What day in your whole life can you not forget? Be proud or dissatisfied.

I can't forget that day in my life when I was frustrated that I got a bad result in my exams and after that horrible day I had to continue my part time job at night. I was working in a café at the time. That evening a customer suddenly came and I glared at him politely, but he continued to disrespect me by saying bad words. I considered hitting him on the head, but instead I asked one of my colleagues to switch roles, and with that action I saved my job and the cafe's reputation as well.

21. How will you manage an all-encompassing change?

I will deal with such a situation by remaining calm and making decisions in favor of the circumstances. I will organize things so that my client's time is not impacted. I will try not to keep anyone waiting longer than twenty minutes. I will also prioritize consumers with certain conditions, such as mothers with young children. I will communicate effectively with my team and stay organized.

22. Can you distinguish between average service and excellent service?

Average customer service takes orders from customers and works with the kitchen and bar staff to verify the correct delivery of the order. This also includes keeping the tables clean at all times. Excellent customer service is the availability of a server before, during and after meals and memorizing the entire menu to help them order the appetizers and drinks with the meal and pay for the meals, confirming a worthwhile dining experience, so they remember to come back.

23. If your job is to advise a new cashier, how do you go about it?

I will guide you in detail in the role of a restaurant cashier. I'll tell him he needs to keep a cash register and handle credit cards of different types. He must communicate effectively with customers when necessary. Other duties include directing relevant staff and resolving customer complaints.

24. If you had a chance in the future, what changes would you like to make in Chile?

I think Chili is perfect in every way. The only changes I want to make will be to the fun point. It will likely add uniqueness to the restaurant. The first thing is that I am going to introduce a leisure area on the top floor of the restaurant for the convenience of parents. Another change I want is an open kitchen, visible to all customers, so they can see that we are in fact the same as what we say.

25. What should be considered when serving food to customers?

When serving food, the main focus is on time delivery. If I can't do that, my other skills are useless. Another care is to level the panels so they don't fall off. When I serve the food I prefer the children and then I start presenting the food in a clockwise direction. I also take care of which person ordered which food so I don't serve the food to the wrong person.
